Francesca Taranto has over two decades of experience in the engineering and health and safety industries.

Francesca currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Health and Wellbeing at Melbourne Water. Prior to this, Francesca has held various managerial roles at EY, Aurecon, and Worley, focusing on health, safety, and environmental management.

Francesca’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Biotechnology, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Melbourne – Melbourne Business School.

Dr Emily Musgrove has over a decade of experience as a fully registered clinical psychologist and works in her own private practice. 

Dr Emily is the resident psychologist on the celebrated podcast The Imperfects, where her popular ‘Emisodes’ cover a broad range of mental health areas. Dr Emily lives in Perth, WA.

 

Coles – Chief Legal and Safety Officer

David is the Chief Legal and Safety Officer at Coles, and a member of the Executive Team.

David leads the legal, risk, compliance and ethical sourcing teams at Coles, as well as health and safety, injury management and employee relations.

David co-chairs the Coles Pride committee responsible for LGBTI issues. David is also a board member of Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia, a leading mental health organisation for Australian businesses.
